Green Smoothie With Lime And Cucumber

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup of vanilla yogurt
  • A large handful of spinach
  • 1 small banana
  • A half of a medium sized cucumber
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • A half cup of coconut water
  • ¼ cup of ice optional

Instructions

  1. Clean the spinach and cucumber under running water then peel the banana.
  2. Blend all the ingredients together until they are well mixed.
  3. Now pour the concoction into a glass and sip slowly as you work.
